TRIED TO HOOK REG. CABLE WIRE UP TO TV AND NOTHING....I TRIED PUTTING MY TV SETTING ON CABLE BUT IT ONLY STAYS ON AIR....WILL NOT CHANGE.....NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CHANGE IT TO CABLE
