I can tell you love both of these names.  Why don't you wait until you meet the little angel, then settle on one?  Also, if you haven't already, check out babiesworld.parentsconnect.com, find your names, then click the Considering this Name? tab at the top to see what people who have these names have to say about them.  It even tells you what percentage recommend the names for a baby and what percentage like their name a lot and don't like it at all.  It would be best to get your answer from people who actually have the names themselves.

I prefer Eliza. I think you have to consider the fact that the person won't stay young forever and if nicknamed Milly it would then sound too young. However I think Elly is nice no matter the age.
