CITALOPRAM QUESTION...HELP!

I know the side effects. So before I ask the question...I don't you to answer it with side effects. What are the effects of Citalopram if you take it for fun? Does it get you high? It's a 40mg tablet if you want to know or if it helps.

If you don't have a problem with low serotonin, then the drug will be ineffective for you.  It won't get you high.  It won't do anything but give you a dry mouth and a headache, probably.

And, it could interrupt your natural serotonin production, so it could actually make you depressed.  Don't take it.

you cant get high from it

if you take enough of them you'll just overdose

Until such time as you know just what a "selective" serotonin uptake "inhibitor" does, and it's effect on your body, I would strongly advise YOU stay away from them.
