CONTACT problems (Advice)?

I usually stay up late...so I fall alseep in my contacts often...and I've been doing it going on three years..now it feels like there is an object in my left eye whether I have a contact in there or not

It's definitely possible that the contact has dried out so much that it's actually scratched your eye. You'll want to see an eye doctor about that, to make sure it's okay.
