COULD IT BE LOW BLOOD PRESSURE?

My girlfriend gets really lightheaded,shaky,sweaty,and her heart beats really fast.Some times she even passes out and has a seizure.She been to many doctors and even the ER.She had a stress test,ekg,eeg,blood test and a 3 week haltor monitor.None of the test revealed anything.Could it be low blood pressure?

It could be, but seeing as how she's been to many doctors, it isn't likely.  Since it's usually one of the first things done when you come in; they probably would have noticed by now.  It could also be dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, migraine, chemical sensitivity/reaction, exhaustion, epilepsy, blood loss, neurological storm... among others.  There are several things that can carry those symptoms.

Yea . An addiction to artificial  sweeteners Aspartame That could be a cause also . [ diet soda , and other chemical ]

hhhmmmm... all of those tests would would have picked up low bp, you mentioned halter monitor, what about an event monitor? those are usually 30 days
