COnverting XM to Sirius?

Question

I am looking at a new Nissan vehicle, and it comes with factory installed XM radio. I am a Sirius subscriber so I want to keep it. Last year, I was listening to the Stern show and I thought I heard Gary (BaBaBooey) do a commercial for a product that converts XM to Sirius, but I cannot find it anywhere!! Please help! Thanks!

Converters are available for GM and Honda cars, but not for Nissan yet. I don't know if they can still do it, but Nissan would offer either Sirius or XM. They may have dropped the Sirius option.
