CPHT Review for Test

Question

I've let my CphT license lapse (I know. bad) and now I have to retake the test. Can anyone recommend a workbook or a book that I can use to study up? It's been four years since I've worked in a pharmacy but I would really need something to brush up on generic/brand names and definitely pharmacy math.
