Cable TV/DSL Problem HELP!

All my tv pictures are fuzzy and some don't work at all or they freeze. I have unplugged the cable box and reset it. I have tried it both on the cable in the upstairs room and the downstairs (w/different coaxials) and it is still the same.

The same time this began happening my internet (RoadRunner) also began messing up. My internet goes in and out. The cable company thought this was my router. So, i went and bought a brand new router and nothing changed. Also, when i plug directly into my pc (bypassing the router) it still does the same thing.

What do you think is wrong and how do you think it will need to be fixed. If it is a problem with the cable in the wall can that be fixed w/out damaging the wall???

The problem probably isn't inside your walls. It could be a problem with the cable before it enters your house. Call the cable company and tell them you have problems with both your TV and your internet. (You have cable internet, right? DSL comes from the phone lines.)
