Cable that came with camera?

so i got my camera a yeaar ago, its a --Finepix F20 SE--

and i just found this cable, it has a real minii usb plug for the outlet in the camera, and on the other end it has a yellow and white plug. which i'm pretty sure goes in my tv, or my computer, but idk what they're for or how i use them. is it to view pictures on my tv?
