I'm middle management in a call centre, and I got a phone call from one of my own agents :) I wound them up something royal, the calls were all recorded so they couldn't do a thing about it....he he he!

Pretended they had called up a murder scene and that the call had been traced, therefore they could not hang up the phone until the officer in charge had spoke with them. I then left the phone on the end table for over an hour and the guy was still there waiting!! needless to say they never bothered me again.

Got a call from 3 trying to sell me a mobile phone, poor guy talked to me for 10 minutes or so and asked me what I am paying at the moment and they he could beat my tariff.

Cool I said I work at O2 and have a company phone and don't pay a penny what can you do to beat that deal.

There was silence for a minute and then a dead tone :)
