Calling FFVII players... Shinra Keycards?

Question

OK so I just got everyone out of their holding cells, followed Red up into the 68th floor, and now I'm stuck. I think the problem is that I am missing my keycards, cause none of them are in my key items anymore and no doors will open for me. I can see the blood trail leading right off the screen, through the room off the catwalk that has three green laser beam things going through it, but I can't open the door to get into it. Any thoughts?

Examine the body of the guard and then get Tifa.  When she goes to get Aeris, you go and get Barret.  Go talk to Barret by the corpse, and then to Tifa. When you've got your party together follow the blood trail back to the elevator and go up.  Follow the blood trail all the way up to 69F. Go up the stairs, approach the president for a scene.  Afterward go

through the door to the North to continue it.

that's what i get from the walkthrough.. I can't remember exactly what i've done when i was in the shinra building.. :]

After freeing your companions, return to the lab and talk to Red 13. Talk to him again after taking the elevator up to the 68th floor, then use the incline to reach the walkway again. Go all the way along it until you find two purple Potions, then climb back down and enter the door from the ground floor. The green bars of light won't hurt you; run through them and pick up two more Potions before climbing up the stairs to the 69th floor. Go out the center door to reach a Save Point. Then, run up either of the purple stairs. Check out the dead Shinra president, capture Palmer, then go through the door to the north to exit the room.
