Calling Mexico...getting an error message?

Question

I'm trying to call my dad, but it keeps giving me an error recording when I call. What are normal error messages and what do they say? ( I speak some Spanish, but on the recordings they speak so fast I can barely understand anything)

I think you dial 011+52+ area code+ number.hope this help,but i am not sure.

If you are calling to a cell phone in Mexico then you need to add number "1"  after country code 52  example: 011 52 1 ........and then the rest of the number .... this applies only to international and not local calls good luck!
