ok so i am trying to call my boyfriend and they dont accept private numbers what combo star thing like *69 would i use to make my number show up when i call him?? please i need anwser that will work

Hi the feature you are talking about is called per call block, this feature would block your # been displayed in the Boy friends phone, and you have to use the star code every time you call to block your number.

in your case there might be a problem in your boy friends phone or he might not have call display feature added in his package or might not have activated it .

There is no code to have the reverse effect of *69. it only works one way.  The only way to change that would be to call your phone service provider and have id block taken off your account.

so the person above me is wrong. Because my house phone wouldn't accept blocked numbers and when my cousin would call she would have to punch in a code before dialing my number.. and I believe it's *87.  i hope that helps you out

If the line is normally always blocked , then *82 will unblock on a per-call basis.
