Calling interantional phone numbers?

Question

I am needing to call a phone number that is in London. How would i do that? I have a phone card, but it doesnt have the usual amount of digits. Like all our numbers have ten digits, well this has more!?1

if phoning from abroad dial 0044 then drop the next 0 at the beginning of the phone number.

If dialing from USA to Great Britain, then

011(44)(Area Code)(Local Number)
