Calluses??

I know what they are but from what I've heard there a good thing for ballet dancers! please explain.

they are not really a good thing. its maybe a good sign that your a good dancer.  because most dancers have messed up feet. i dont, im lucky actually. take good care of your feet! and if you ever do get them, tape them so they dont burst or become warts or something.

uh calluses hurt. they r those things you get on your hands and feet. they look like blisters. if u r a gymnast or a dancer, calluses r kinda good cuz it means ur hands/feet are getting tougher.

caused by blisters,       not fun i have 2 to many,    i had blisters size of half dollars,               dont wear rocket dogs caving owww

yah actually dancers love calluses.

in fact a lot of dancers TRY to get them.

because it makes your skin rougher and easier to dance on.

they dont hurt if u dance a lot.

and if you are a pointe dancer u especially need them since u are up on your toes, it doesnt hurt as much if you have a callus there.
