OK I'm really depressed , sad , mad and angry i just want to hit someone but i can't so ..

i tried listening to music "ddnt work"

tried to relax"ddnt work"

washed my face with cold water"ddnt work"

threw stuff"ddnt work"

elled"ddnt work "

how can i calm down ??????????????plz help rite now !

  4. You need to try deep breathing, go for a walk, and pray. If you have a bff call them and vent, hey that's what friends are for. Everyone has these times, they are hard to deal with for all of us. You have to find a place in your mind to go to when life gets rough. I swim, pray, walk, I used to go for a drive until the price of gas got too ridiculous !! and I spend time with my pets, they are great for stress. Don't know how old you are but perhaps consider adopting a beautiful animal that needs love.... I email or call my bff too and vent, and she does the same. best of luck and know that you are not alone.

  6. what have you done in the past the worked, try that.

    Journal, write down exactly how you are feeling and exactly what you want to do and exactly how you would feel afterwards.

    Call someone you trust, or a hotline, and talk to a real person

    Take a vacation for 15 minutes, just let go of everything

    Deep breathing, breath, focus on your chest going up and down, if you notice any other thoughts, notice them and let them go, breath in and out to the alphabet

    Trust yourself, you can get through this, you have before and you will tonight.  You can do this, I know you can!

  7. Try running really fast on a treadmill until you can't run any more.  Try biting something and breaking it with your teeth.  If none of that works, go and slap someone.

  8. OKAY first off chillax!  

    Try screaming into a pillow for a minute it really helps!

    If you have bubble wrap jump on it.

    Print out a picture of someone you hate and punch it

    Scream cry

    write out your feelings.  THIS WILL HELP
