i am trying to gain weight but healthily.i eat only healthy foods with the occasional splurge.my nutritionist says i need to eat 2,200 calories a day in order to maintain my current weight.it is so hard to reach this # of calories while eating healthily!everything is so low in calories and so filling!can you please list some calorie dense healthy foods besides peanutbutter that i wont have to eat alot of in order to get full!
