ok so when u sleep u don't lose calories or watever what if ur sweating while ur sleepin an idk it's just something i wanna know.

  1. calories ARE for sure burned during sleep.  


  2. when you sleep you do lose calories just not as much as you do when you are up and awake

  3. when you sleep your body uses/burns the carbs that are in your body, therefore it burns calories, especially if you sweat, thats why its so good to exercise in the morning, because the only energy source your body has is extra fat to burn
