Camera Panick!?

My camera broke.(Long story)

Where can i get the button fixed?

if it is still under warranty, contact the brand of the camera (eg sony, panasonic, canon) head office by looking in whitepages.com. they should be able to inform you where your nearest certified camera repairer is

if its not in warranty, ring up your local d**k smiths, tandys, or other electronics retail store and ask them who does camcorder repairs. they should give you a few places.

ring those places and find out if they've repaired your type of camera and if they've had a similar problem they've fixed. you will have to pay for a repair quote. from that you can work out if its justifiable to repair the camera, or if you should ditch it and buy a new one.

in  my experience, if you cant use the cam without that button, and if its a cheapish camera, its not gonna be worth it. just go on ebay and buy another one for like $400
