Camera.. best quality picture?

what is the best camera out there.

i have a 7.2 mp but i want the magazine picture quality.

like the photographers.

but i dont want to spend a lot of money on it,]$100-250?

$100 - $250 will not buy a pro camera. However, 7.2 mega pixels is good enough for high quality images provided you know how to use them and image software.

Magazine quality requires a lot of experience with a DSLR or Medium format camera.

Go register for a class in photography.
