Camera problems?!?

Question

i have a sony 4.0 mpeg movie ex and i found out how to make my pictures different colors [black and white ect.] with it but whenever i take a pic it says recording [only if i take a color pic] and i have to wait for it to load and then i can go veiw it, well i changed my settings on my camera back to normal but now it will only let me take like 15 second videos, and it always let me take longer vids. help? [my memory card is 128mb]
