Hi, where can I go to camp with a tent in San Diego? how much does it cost?

Try Mission Trails out by Santee which is East of San Diego.  It is a great place to hike the trails and enjoy the outdoors.  It has a whole campground set up and you can pitch tents anywhere you want around there.  If I remember right, it is only like $3 for your entire stay whether it be one night or 7 nights.  Hope this helps you out a little bit.
