Can't connect to BlackBerry site?

Question

ive just got a new BlackBerry curve phone, now Ive been on the BlackBerry site registered it and set up a email adress with them. The first day was fine sending and receiving emails, but all of a sudden it has gone down. When I go into connections manager it says not connected to Blackberry. Been back to the shop they dont know. Connected it to my BT hub at home doesnot work. Searched the disc it came with no luck. Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S i have good wi fi connection
