Can't sign into Yahoo Groups?

Question

Certain members in our Yahoo Group cannot sign-in to our group's webpage with their Yahoo ID (even though they successfully sign into other Yahoo groups using their ID), and our moderator said she can't add their IDs into the members section of the webpage (only their emails). I really want all our members to use the group's webpage, but feel stumped at this point. They all say the error reads that you must be a member to enter the webpage (not a cookie issue). Their names are in our members section but the Yahoo ID line reads not available. Please Help! Thank You!
