Can ANYONE stop the Red Wings?

Question

Yes, I realize the game ain't over, but the Red Wings simply look unstoppable.. They made my Avs look like a Pee Wee team, and save for a few moments in a few games so far against the Stars, they have simply looked like a machine. Do the Penguins even have a chance?

Only the referees can stop the Wings (7 Dallas Power Plays less than 5 minutes into the 3rd compared to just 2 for Detroit).  It is still 4-1 Detroit, but come on.  Dallas is not that clean and Detroit is not that dirty.  Watch for a penalty to be called every time Crosby flops or dives in the next round.  Crosby and the Pens get just about every goal while on the Power Play.

I am a Detroit fan, but I have to give a lot of credit to Dallas for their playoff run.  They played a serious contender (including the defending champs) in every round.

The Penguins have not played us all season.......I am looking forward to that series.......ought to be a good one. I see Detroit prevailing tho.......we can match their best players and have three more capable lines behind that....GO REDWINGS!!!!!

um wait til the end of this week you will find out.  considering the pens didnt play the wings in the regular season there is nothing to base it off of but by the end of the week you will see who can stop the wings.  GO PENS

I think that the Penguins definitely have a chance assuming the Wings win tonight. They've been playing well and haven't dropped many games. Crosby looks great. But the Wings have been relatively consistent and are overall more experienced. I agree, Wings in 7.

nah i dont think anyone can ,so to the penguins they should just hand over the stanley cup becuz the next series will be a waste of time for them...and this is coming from a dallas fan.

Penguins will be able too if anyone considering they have proven  that they can play a defensive style of game with some real good offensive abilitys too  they have proved it by only loosing 2 games in 3 series right now they are 12-2 in the playoffs and Fleury has 3 shutout in the playoffs as well which means he is playing really well too

it's gonna be a good series...and hopefully injuries aren't a factor that play out in the series. I'm hoping everyone can stay healthy so we can truly see which team is the better team. But I'm going with the pens in 6.

You look at Nashville they were a team that shouldn't have even been in the playoffs. Colorado wasn't at their full potential because of injuries. Dallas was tired and they didn't have any goal scorers. They have some great playmakers and a bunch of 3rd liners, but no true goal scorers.

Pittsburgh has goal scorers. The teams the Wings have played haven't really had a true first line. The Pens have two lines that can be considered first lines. I think if Fleury can continue his good play the Pens will win in 6.

Nope. I like how the majority says the pens will stop it. If you were in the west you'd see the wings year after year owning fairly good opponents.
