If Acura ever decides to enter the European market...could they be sucessful? There are many marques in Europe not available in North America that I would jump at to buy....Alfas, and Peugots....

At the same time, will the European buyers see what Acura really is? Just another Honda? I mean I see a Honda sticker when I look out my windshield of my TL.

  1. i would hope so!  i drive a honda civic, my husband drives an acura integra.  his next car will be a tsx and he also works for acura as a mechanic.  so many nice features, it really is a lovely car.  i would really really like to see the acura line take off there in europe.

but since he's been to europe many times his fav care there is the alfa romeo.  and i just adore the fact that acuras are honda's with a nicer finish.

    ;-P

  2. They never will be in Europe since they just sell them as Hondas over there. It's the same as here in Australia - we only have Hondas, not Acuras (although some cars that are called Acuras in the States are called Hondas here). I think Honda may have setup Acura in the US due to the initial poor reputation of Honda (and hence they wanted to create a luxury brand, a bit like what Lexus is to Toyota).
