Can Adderal help you lose weight?

If I take the ADD medication, will it help me shed a couple pounds?

Which I have extreme ADD. But I'm not on meds at the moment.

Yes, it can.  That said, it has some side effects that are reeeeaaalllly not desirable, and should be a last resort when dealing with ADD, and shouldn't be considered at all for weight loss.

Being somewhat ADD myself, I find that keeping yourself genuinely entertained with exercise makes for a lot easier time working out, and thus losing weight, vary things up :)  Just my .02 :)
