Arsenal have been heavily reliant on captain Cesc Fabregas of late, but can they mount a realistic title charge if their talisman is out for a legthy spell?

The obvious answer would be a resounding no. However, Robin van Persie's injury was largely thought to have put paid to Arsenal's title surge and, ironically, they've fared better without the Dutchman.

A serious injury to Fabregas would dent their assault, of that there is little doubt.Would it kill off any hopes of the title? Probably not.
