  1. no chance in h**l mate. where on earth did you get this crazy idea from?

  2. They definitely can, the only teams I can see stopping them are the Dogs and Hawks, and they couldn't even beat the Cats without Ling and Ablett!

    Maybe they are unstoppable!

  3. i would think so...

is there anyone else who comes close??

geelong demolished the dogs and beat hawks..

yeh it was a close one but the cats were missing ablett, ling, wojcinski and milburn and lost chapman half way through so i think even with 2 out of those 5 back they would smash the hawks...

apparently hawks were missing some.. but none of the stars...

so dream on every1 else.. geelong have it in the bag this season

  4. Geelong will allmost certainly go back to back and a real chance for a 3 peat

Only really 2 or 3 teams that will stop them

    Hawks, Bulldogs and maybe swans

Next year these 3 will also finsh around top 4

pies, roos, crows, saints will need to improve,

(and keep their best players on the ground)

to finsh next year in top 4, but should be top 8

    Tigers will be big improvers.

    Others dont matter

  5. Yes, If they keep on playing like that.

  6. they question is:

can they not go back to back...

unless there is a deadly flu down at kardinia park there is no stopping them

  7. Those many people wondering should stop wondering.

No one will beat geelong for the flag, no one is good enough, it's ok collingwood being able to beat them but they're in all sorts of trouble, they are so hot and cold. Geelong will beat all comers.

Watch what they do to us this week, we've won 5/6 and we will get smashed this week.

  8. If the Maggies can keep winning games then we might be able to scare them a bit. i hope Geelong dsnt get the flag again, i wouldnt be able to stand it.

  9. I think it's definatly a possibility....... No one can predict the finals, but Geelong are definatly looking in form to take the premeirship..... Considering they had 5 of their top players out on Friday night against Hawthorn and still managed to look like a classy outfit I'd say they certainly are up there as the fav!!! And as for back to back...... One can only hope!

    GO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. I think they have got a very good chance at it but I would like to see Western Bulldogs win and I go for St Kilda

  11. I'll be EXTREMELY surprised if they don't! You'd have to have more money than sense to tip against them at the moment.

But then again, as this round has proved, anythings possible!

  12. Hope so but Hawthorn could be a real threat . If Buddy and Roughead could learn to kick straight they could be a real chance of winning the G.F. Also it really depends on injuries , Geelong is having a bad run with injuries at the moment and if that continues they could be in real trouble. Also it depends what the umpires are like on the day . They have been so bad this year that they can really influence the result of a game. I would say it will be a Geelong / Hawthorn G.F and it could go either way.

  13. Absolutely. None of the other teams are at the level that they are at. They're in super hot form and really, i don't think any of the other teams can overcome them.

GO THE DOGGIES! I hope they win.

  14. no they wont the magpies are going to get up

  15. i think it will be 3 in a row

  16. yeah, they will and they will do it easily

  17. yes they can cant see any other side beaten them magpies choke in big games hawks and bulldogs not yet the only side that may beat them is the swans

  18. yes, they will go back to back...theres not another team in the comp that compares to them atm...

  19. **I think Geelong are a great chance to go back to back.  Although we don't know how the finals will go, you'd have to say that Geelong will be the favourites.

They are such a strong side, you only have to watch the way they've played over the last two weeks with some of their best players out of the side and how well they've been able to cover them.**

  20. Are you all talking 96? Back to back. What's that?

  21. Yes I do think they can as the have a lot of depth in their team they have shown even without star players like Ablett, Ling, Wojinski that they are the best team in the competition! They beat both Western Bulldogs and Hawthorn (in a tight match) who are there closest competition!

  22. being a parochial Victoria supporter .. I'd prefer they did that an inter-state team.

  23. A good chance they will actually. But if the magpies get back up again we can only expect one thing

    AWESOME REMATCH!!!!!

  24. Are you kidding???  Do you watch the game??   They have it in the bag - they really do.  They would have to have half their team down with injuries to lose the Big One and even then they would be awesome.  Hey if Carlton get in maybe they could do a number on them???  I also think North is a sleeper.  Yep, watch out for North.
