Can I accidentally overdose?

I took some pills that I thought were Tylenol, but I'm not sure because the pill read 800mg. I thought I was taking what the bottle stated, 325 mg and I took 4 of them. Should I worry. I'm about to go to sleep and now I'm freaking out!!

Right, don't panic.

There could be an overdose because you are taking 2 times of what you are usually taking.

Don't worry too much, less you are elderly, your liver should take care of all those toxins in the body. The toxins should be out of your system in 4 hours.

I recommand, lots of water and lots of toilet time. If you are still frightened about it, give your local hospital or clinic a call.
