There are special floral spray paints to use for changing the color. They sell them at Michael's, and I'm sure other craft stores carry them, too. Other kinds of fabric spray paints would likely work, also. If you have a choice, go for a pump-type spray rather the standard 'spray can' style - easier to control overspray. Read directions closely - some are hazardous to use in confined spaces.
