Can I get an NROTC Scholarship?

I have no previous ROTC experience and am a sophmore in college. My grades are pretty good so far (3.42/4.00) and I'm involved in groups like rotaract, yound democrats, and Irish Celtic Club. I also have the IB diploma and consistently played varsity basketball and did MUN throughout high school

Maybe - talk to the ROTC office.  Usually those who make it to their Junior year automatically get a scholarship.

In my opinion why don't you try to get scholarship from more than one place. Sometimes you don't have the amount that you need from one provider. So maybe you can go to :
