My mother is from Argentina, my father is from China. And I was born in Canada. I have my canadian citizenship, and currently applying for my Argentinean one. But I was wondering can I also have a chinese one? I have relative in all 3 countries, also I am under 18. I was just curious. Thanks

  1. depends on what the laws of china and argentina say about it all. if you marry someone from another country you may be able to claim that one too -- just depends on all the country's laws

  2. Yes you can...I have 3 I am a Candian  who also has british and a Irish citizenships...It depends on the country with my countrys I can have it....you will have to check with those embassys.

  3. Yes but not with China. The Peoples Republic of China does not recognize dual citizenship. There is a little quirk of law as far as Hong Kong and Macau is concerned where you can have a "right of abode" in another country (the other country usually considers you a citizen but the Chinese government believes you are only a Chinese citizen).

  4. yes you can.

    i have 2 already.

i have a hong kong one, and a canada one.

you're a really cool mix btw
