I should be arriving at 10:25 PM in domestic and accomodation is impossible for me at 16. Will I be able to sleep at the airport somewhere till earlyish the next day?

also

I'll be departing Adelaide 1 day after I arrive and I'll need a place to sleep again, is it possible to just walk in with a ticket, find somewhere quietish and try to nap? I also wouldn't arrive at the airport to depart (and sleep) till quite late (11ish) because I'm coming back from a concert.

Thanks

  1. Yeah, Adelaide airport is small and no one will mind. People do it alot during long breaks between flights. It's not too scary at the airport either, there are security people around 24/7. No one will bother you unless you come in drunk or something silly.

  2. yeah i wld say staying over night at the airport is prolly out of the question. If ur tight on funds, maybe try one of the backpacker places in town. They're close to everything and heaps heaps cheaper than staying in a hotel.

  3. Hey dude...  your folks are letting you go it alone .. . then have them make a reservation for you at a hotel..I'd certainly do it for my kid..for piece of mind...

No matter what your age...these days it's dangerous  to hang out..sleep in public places..

Yes, you can nap in the airports most of time  they won't bother you for a couple of hours.

  4. Adelaide Airport closes at 11pm and the Federal Police will kick you out at that time. I also agree that your parents should pre book accommodation for you. a lot of places let you pay on the Internet when you book on-line so you wont need a credit card when you arrive at the hotel.

  5. Yes  just find a quiet place, ive done it before
