  1. sure you could get to england ...

here are a couple of sites you could check out.  you could also search transatlantic cruises for other options.

    http://res.cruiseweb.com/travel/cruise/s...

    www.cruisecritic.com

if you could find a better deal to another location besides southampton, (say barcelona, portugal, or rome), you could always take a short flight to london via easyjet (www.easyjet.com), ryanair.com, or swiss air (www.swiss.com)... usually flights can be booked round trip for under 200 US dollars... sometimes much less.  also another great way to get around is by train (excellent system through most of europe).  americans have an option of purchasing a eurrail pass (http://www.eurail.com/), which enables free travel between countries.

i also like to look at rick steves site for hotels, etc... http://www.ricksteves.com/  or at frommers http://www.frommers.com/

    happy planning !!!

  2. You can go to Princess.com or cunard cruise lines. Both of these are great companies and I know for sure that cunard cruise lines sails the Alantic often.

  3. You could just google a cruises leaving from new york to London. You could also try expedia.com.

  4. Well there are no cruises from new york to london but cunards are cruising from New York to Southampton and that is a fairly short train or bus ride from London. They got regular trans atlantic crossings with QM2. Check out their homepage.

  5. you can go to this site and click on the banner that says "Student Universe":
