Can LASIK improve "wondering eye"?

I don't remember myself having double vision every time I relax my eyes (when stair at a one spot) at all till 6 months ago, so I am wondering if it is a something that I have developed. I also have a astigmatism and neck rheumatoid arthritis. Does Lasik will help me to improve the eye vision? Please guys if anybody has info regarding that help me with answer.

  1. No, lasik will not fix a "wandering" eye. In fact, having a wandering eye will make you not a good candidate for lasik..

    The official name for that is "Strabismus"..

    Visual therapy is the best 'cure' so far..

  2. Lasik improves visual clarity, but if the eye wanders due to a muscular or neurological deficiency, it won't help.  Please get an eye evaluation to get the most effective treatment.
