Concrete floors can be painted, even stained.  There are a number of roducts made specifically for concrete floors.  Go to your local Lowes or Home Depot and see what will work for you.

Of course you can but its a chore....they sell concrete or linoleum paints and cleaning products at most anywhere they sell paint....WalMart, Lowe's, or HomeDepot that I know of.

Yes you can. I saw them do it on HGTV. They used a special paint and made the floor look like it wasn't concrete! Then they added a shiny floor glaze! It was nice. Maybe you could go to HGTV.com and find out more.

Sure you can.  There are some great products out there for painting concrete . Just check at the local big box stores and ask for help.  My garage is done and it looks great.  Just make sure it is very clean. no stones or things and no grease on it either.  It will look great and the products are long lasting.  They have particular ones for indoors and outdoors and I think the outdoor ones need a final coating for protection.
