Can You Sue McDonalds If Youve Received a Burger That Has been Tested By the Environmental Health and been found To have Active Enzymes in it?

  6. Active Enzymes are not always a bad thing. There are active enzymes in yogurt that are very healthy for it.

    I'm going to go with no- unless you have contracted Ecoli or something along those lines. In which case, it is very expensive to go up against a big corporation so good luck.

  7. I guess you can file a class action suit against them, but that's only if you can prove that you have some sort of damages, like you got severely sick from it and have hospital bills.
