I need information about italy. Its major sports, popular places to visit, plants and animals from that place, physical features(rivers, mtns, plains, etc.), celebrations there, historical and art sites and etc., and whatever else you can tell me about it.

Popula places - Rome, Vatican, Pompeii, Venice, Milan, Sorrento, Lake como, could go on all night

i can tell u something because i'm italian and i live in italy

the most popular sport is soccer ...we celebrate the 15th of august ,liberation day,epiphany......we can drink at age 16

but in every single club ,resturant even if your thirteen they'll

give you whatever you want ....we can smoke at thirteen....

usually on saturday teens go to the disco ...

the most popular places are rome, florence,sardegna ,milano , napoli ....the longest river is the Pò,and tevere ...we have very good food ...there is lots of art ...and famouse museums ecc. bye!!

Popular sports: soccer, Formula 1, motorbike (MotoGP) by large the most popular; then cycling and alpine ski (less than in the past). All other sports are popular only during Olympics, World or Europena Championships or similar big events (like Six Nations for rugby).
