Can a DVD+/-RW open:?

DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD+R DVDs?

I mean i want to write files to an empty DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD+R.

Yep, u can write any of those types of DVDs, but I'd suggest you to use one of the first two ones, as they're much better, since they're rewritable. Hope u got it!

Absolutely. There is no difference in writing method and format on any type of DVD. You can write anything on any DVD without any loss that cause of - or + of the disc.
