Isn't blood an animal product? What if they don't want to harm other creatures by consuming them, but they still need blood to survive? Could they just eat tofu most of the time and only drink blood every once in awhile?

(Yes, I'm bored, and they won't let me post my question about Domestic Discipline...)

  1. I could see it being possible if you include psychic vampires considering they don't drink blood. But for the most part, Hollywood (what you're probably thinking of here) vampires wouldn't have souls unless someone altered that, so the idea of a *Hollywood* vampire that drinks blood and has a moral obligation towards the living is sorta entertaining.

I suppose a Sang could be a vegetarian since there's blood substitutes, but it'd be interesting to see.

  2. A vampire couldnt be a true vegrtarain because that would mean they dont eat meat so why would they drink out of meat.

  3. This vampire your describing sounds like a person who wants desperately to be a vampire but knows in the back of their mind they are not a vampire. Anyways if your a vampire you should be getting the blood from humans, not animals. At least thats what the vampires in books and most movies do...

  4. That's like asking a vampire to eat Garlic.

  5. Vampires usually feed off the blood of humans rather than animals. This could be because of the different blood types between the two species. There is such a thing as doners, humans donate their blood to vampires in packages so they don't need their necks bitten.

  6. it depends on where you draw your vampir info for exampel in underworld eveloution they show that "human" food it toxic to the other races but for questons sake sure a vampier can be a vegetarian

  7. heehee.. well, look at Blade.. he's a vampire, but he doesnt feed on blood... so I guess its possible xD

  8. wouldn't that defeat the purpose just a tad???????????

  9. I'm trying to visualize a horror movie where the vampire villain swoops down and attacks ripe tomatoes. Or would it be better if he pierced plastic catsup containers?

Nah, sorry I don't see it as a working concept.

  10. I don't think its possible.  Of course on the other hand he could be part fruit bat, so maybe.

  11. There is not such as a vegetarian vampire period
