It is observed that the opening price of Reliance India (or for that matter any stock) indicated in nseindia web site does not reflect in the single stock chart kindly clarify.

Charting is done by taking samples of data at various intervals.  This does not mean that the price movement of the stock at every tick is depicted in the chart.
