on the 23rd of june we bought a car from a car lot in washington state, we put twelve hundred dollars down on it and they want the frist monthly payment today but we have only had it for 10 days, i was told that we had 30 days to make the first payment. also it broke down the 2nd day we got it and it is still broke down, we can't take it back because they said they wont give us our money back and they wont fix the car either! what should we do?

Washington State has a Lemon Law. Read this and call the cops.

You need to create a paper trail of your complaints. Send certified letters. There is a definitely time period for you to get your money back.
