omg im so stoopid!!

When they showed you the answer, the outer cups were face down. When they made you do it, it was teh opposite.

I wasted so much time trying to figure it out!!!!

It is not posible.....

When they show you how to do it...

there is only one cup up.The middle one

When is your time to do it.....you have to start with the midlle one down. and the other two cups up

It is just a trick!

It's impossible. They flip the cup over in the beginning. You can't win.

alright. well. when they show the demonstration, the middle cup is facing up. then when they have you start the game, the middle cup is down. which makes it not possible. CHEATERSSSS! haha i spent like a half hour figuring that out. so i really hope it helps.

Everyone is correct.  The setup you start with is different than the one the example did.  BUT...if you flip your monitor screen when you begin, you have the same setup as the example.  Then if you follow the same four moves they show you you complete the task.  The game will not register the win, but you will know.
