I'm married i have one kid with my husband. I work and @ my job theres a guy who wants to make out with me his 20 yrs older than me we havent done anything yet. my husband hardly ever touches me but still love him, i dont want to live him but if i dont get what i need its not gonna work out what should i do

Be a stronger person than that and have self respect. Until you are done with your marriage don't dirty your soul. The guy at work doesn't respect you he just wants what he can get and don't let him have it and I say this cause he probably knows you are married and he wouldn't have to worry about attachment.

then do it with your husband and try to get him to do it more

Try and get your husband to be more physical. If you love your husband and you cheat on him it might not seem to him like you love him if he found out, and your relationship will suffer. Try and spice thing up in your marriage.
