Can bank manager do notary?

I need to renew my passport in SFO, CA, so i have to notarize couple of certificates, can i get it done at any local bank?

  1. yes. if it is a stock certificate you must use a commercial bank not a savings bank


  2. Banks, real estate, lawyers and many other professional offices will have Notary Publics around. Call and ask.

  3. All banks and UPS stores are required to have a notary on staff.  Just inquire at your local bank and they should be able to help you.
