Can cloned food be halal?

I was just wondering if cloned food can be made halal if the cow or chicken is cloned.

How do u mean cloned? it depends.. if there made by pig then no its not halal.. but if they cut the cow.. or sheep or chicken properly by the neck then yeh its halal.. but hitting it on the head its haram.. : - )

idk......but why would someone eat something that's cloned?

Yes, of course it can if prepared according to Islamic ritual.
