Can earphones damage your hearing ?

Question

i have a cell phone and i listen to music with it with my stereo type earphones,

but i listen to it at tha most minimum volume

how can i tell if its damaging my hearing ?

No idea why you are saying when you were born but if you listen to music at like max volume its natural slection at work.

Hearing sensitivity does decrease with age. So does your eyesight. You could test your hearing. At your age you should be able to hear frequencies of 20khz or thereabouts. Try this: do a google search for mosquito ringtones. Those are ringtones pitched higher than 20khz. Most adults can't hear them at all. If you can then your hearing is still good.
