Can i break my lease????

Question

I live in sparks nevada and i am in a lease on the house i live in until feb. 09. i have decided that i want to move to ohio but i want to go asap ...not wait til next spring. how can i get out of this lease ...legally?...i dont want to lie to him.

I asked this question under business and finance...where it belongs....and i didnt get one answer.

if you really know...can you reply to this please.... Thanks!

Find a suitable tenant for him or offer to pay the cost of securing a new tenant (advertisement. credit check, cleaning).  Make sure he does not have a loss and he should have no problem.
