  1. I am a loan officer. If you have more than two years documented income history with your business and you have credit than it may be possible for you to purchase a home. You need credit to obtain a loan. If you do not have credit I suggest you work on opening 3 accounts to establish a 24 month history of credit. Hope this helps. 2. no

  3. You have to be 18 years old to sign a contract, so you won't be able to buy a home, I'm not sure about the rent thing because most people require you to sign a lease.....

  4. I believe that if your emancipated then by law your responsible to care for yourself and that includes bieng responsible for your living situation... I think if you have a good down payment and good credit then you should have no problem as long as you have all the right paperwork from court showing that your emancipated.

I would talk to a realestate lawyer about it to be sure!

    Good Luck!
